bluAQUA Express Carwash Membership Program  

 

 

BY PURCHASING A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITH BLUAQUA EXPRESS CARWASH ("BLUAQUA"), AS THE MEMBER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NON-MATERIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

 

A bluAQUA monthly membership will automatically renew on (or after) the initial subscription day every month. There are no refunds for lack of use during the subscription term or for partial months.

 

A bluAQUA membership is tied to a vehicle that has the corresponding RFID ("Radio Frequency Identification"). Sharing a RFID with other vehicle amount family or friend is prohibited. RFID Tags are applied to the front windshield and must be placed by a bluAQUA employee. Tampering with the RFID tags will result in replacement at Member's expense, or cancellation of membership by bluAQUA. However, Member has the right to transfer the membership to another vehicle at any time. Please bring your new vehicle to site and see us to have your RFID replaced for a small setup fee. We may also need to setup your vehicle info in our system.

 

How to cancel your membership?

Prior to your next renewal date, you may cancel your monthly membership and stop automatic monthly renewals by contacting the bluAQUA Member Services Team at (909) 283-4622, or by filling out the .form on the Contact page.

 

In order to receive periodic updates and notification of changes to the membership program, it is the Member's sole responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number on file with bluAQUA. Member agrees to receive promotions by email and Opt in for text message alerts - carrier charges may apply.

 

bluAQUA reserves the right to immediately cancel any and all membership benefits should the Member's credit/debit card on file be declined.

 

bluAQUA may increase monthly rates. Notice of any price increase will be communicated by the bluAQUA team at least 15 days in advance. Price increases will be communicated both on our website under the membership tab and via email address we have on file.

 

bluAQUA reserves the right to close for any reason including, but not limited to, inclement weather, major holidays and/or equipment maintenance or failure.

 

By enrolling in the program, you represent to bluAQUA that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
